Perform Tier 2 incident resolution, patching, vulnerability remediation, system hardening (DISA STIGs, SCAP, NIST 800-53), automation (PowerShell, Bash, Ansible), imaging/OS deployment, AD/DNS/DHCP administration, Layer 2 networking, backups, monitoring, and on-call support to ensure availability and compliance.
