Provide Tier II system administration and engineering for enterprise infrastructure: install, tune, and maintain Linux and Microsoft servers, Active Directory, Exchange, VMware virtualization and VDI, SCCM, SAN/NAS, backups/DR, patching, troubleshooting, and documentation. Conduct vulnerability/risk analyses, support RMF/ATO processes, update POA&Ms, and provide escalated technical support for the Joint Network Operations Center.

Perform RMF-based cybersecurity assessments and risk analyses, validate security controls (SCA-R), use government tools (eMASS, STIG Viewer, Nessus, ACAS, SCAP, HBSS), coordinate with ISSMs/PMOs, produce authorization packages and POA&Ms, lead assessment visits, and submit weekly activity reports while supporting systems across their lifecycle.

Maintain integrity, security, and availability of multiple databases. Perform daily administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, patching, disaster recovery, performance tuning, index maintenance, and replication. Develop and modify scripts and SQL/PLSQL queries, ingest legacy data, design schemas, recommend optimizations for GOTS/COTS databases, and assist in database development and loading tools.
