Maintain and troubleshoot a large, resilient enterprise IP voice and video infrastructure for DISA. Tasks include configuring voice routing, CUCM/CUBE/Oracle/Avaya platforms, routing/switching, SIP signaling and call flows, capacity planning, change and problem management, firewall support, and technical documentation to ensure secure, reliable voice services.
