The role involves handling mail and print services in a legal environment, delivering customer service, managing equipment and supplies, and ensuring quality control of printing and copying tasks.

Sell consultative Ricoh solutions by developing new and existing customer relationships, uncovering business needs, delivering solution-based proposals and presentations, and driving account growth through strategic engagement and relationship building.

Provides high-level pre and post-sales support for digital copiers and printers. Responsible for staff performance monitoring, training, mentoring, troubleshooting, and technical documentation creation, while overseeing daily operations and ensuring equipment functionality.

Operate high-volume copiers, scanners and mail/finishing equipment in a legal office; handle sensitive documents, perform scanning/OCR/FTP and basic file conversion, maintain logs and supplies, assist with binding/packaging, respond to service calls, and provide professional customer support under tight deadlines.

Manage incoming/outgoing mail and shipments, operate copiers/scanners/postage equipment, handle document scanning and fulfillment, support office requests and events, maintain supplies and records, and assist with shipping, receiving, and records management.

Design, implement, and support low-level Linux systems software and platform components. Work on kernel subsystems, drivers, system bring-up, debugging, performance tuning, firmware/BIOS updates, validation, and production support. Collaborate with manufacturing and field teams, use GitLab/JIRA workflows, and produce technical documentation.

Operate and maintain high-volume digital printers, copiers, scanners, and finishing equipment; produce, bind, and deliver professional documents; perform quality checks and basic troubleshooting; manage shipping/receiving and supply inventories; respond to customer requests; support meeting room setups and office services; maintain production records and escalate equipment issues.

Assist Finance and IT teams with ERP and reporting systems, data cleansing and conversion, system testing, data validation, documentation, and support automation and AI-enabled financial analysis initiatives.

Design and deliver electromechanical systems from concept through production: EOAT, frames, control panels, cable harnesses, optics/vision fixtures, documentation, safety/certification, and partner with software for robotics, motion, and vision integration. Flex into embedded/robotics software when needed.
