Designs and implements Aravo third-party risk management solutions for enterprise clients. Responsibilities include leading design workshops, translating business requirements into Aravo configurations, estimating project effort, troubleshooting, documenting best practices, advising client configuration teams, monitoring deliverables, identifying scope changes, and supporting project delivery. The role requires strong SaaS delivery knowledge, advanced Aravo configuration expertise, customer-facing communication, independent problem-solving, and occasional travel.

Leads Aravo’s internal IT strategy and operations, including IT roadmap development, team leadership, corporate systems, user onboarding and offboarding, support, SaaS and asset management, vendor relationships, budgeting, and process governance. Partners with Security and Engineering on identity, endpoint security, audits, compliance, and AI governance. The role balances hands-on operational execution with strategic transformation in a growing, distributed SaaS environment.

Configure and implement complex enterprise SaaS solutions for third-party risk management clients. Design workflows, data models, automations, business rules, and integrations based on client requirements. Translate functional designs into technical configurations, troubleshoot implementation issues, support UAT and go-lives, advise clients, and coordinate offshore development resources. Contribute to implementation standards, documentation, and process improvements while maintaining strong client relationships.

Manage day-to-day accounts receivable including billing, collections, adjustments, and remittance processing. Monitor aging, resolve billing discrepancies, support onboarding and invoicing, perform multi-state sales tax reconciliations, month-end AR close, audit support, and drive process improvements and ad hoc AR analysis.
