Supports Asset Management Group product strategies, policies, procedures, and processes; provides solutions for exceptional client experiences; handles escalated fiduciary, compliance, and operational matters; monitors risk and escalated issues; participates in enterprise initiatives; and serves as backup to the AMG Product Specialist Advisor. Builds business cases using market research, data, client feedback, and P&L analysis; defines rewards, benefits, pricing, partnerships, and servicing requirements. Oversees product initiatives, risk and compliance reviews, stakeholder alignment, competitive analysis, and teams managing multiple product lines. Develops talent and ensures products meet strategic, financial, operational, and customer objectives.

Leads the Digital Investing platform support and enhancement portfolio, owning the roadmap, backlog, prioritization, release planning, production readiness, and platform health. Partners with Technology, Architecture, Operations, Risk, Compliance, UX, and product teams to improve reliability, scalability, maintainability, and client experience. Translates technical and operational challenges into business outcomes, manages competing priorities, supports incident response and stabilization, and communicates risks, dependencies, timelines, and recommendations to leadership.

Leads technical design and development of software solutions within a 24/7 Site Reliability Engineering Center. Resolves complex production issues, provides technical guidance, reviews code and testing, prepares documentation, and participates in an on-call rotation. The role requires expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, observability tools, messaging systems, APIs, event-driven programming, and MongoDB and Oracle databases.

This role involves developing AI/ML architectures, resolving complex issues, and partnering with stakeholders to enhance business outcomes through technology and data.
