As a Software Engineer Lead, you will design, implement, and support applications, provide technical guidance, and facilitate problem resolution in ALM Technology.

Drive architecture alignment, cloud migration, legacy decommissioning, M&A integration, and ensure regulatory, resiliency, and security requirements are met.

Lead technical architect defining target-state data ecosystem, platforms, pipelines, cloud integrations, and reusable enterprise architecture. Provide technical leadership, shape solutions, align cross-functional teams, and ensure scalable, platform-first implementations.

Perform manual and automated dynamic security testing and ethical hacking of web, mobile, and API applications to identify OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities. Use Burp Suite, Agentic AI, and DAST tools, review results with stakeholders, rate risk, validate findings, develop new testing techniques, and assist in designing security solutions. Mentor others and continuously enhance application security methodologies.

Serve as a bridge between Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Tech to translate business needs into system capabilities (SFMC, AJO, Pega, MDL, CIM). Elicit and document requirements and user stories, manage backlog and scope, support design and technical feasibility discussions, and drive process improvements and stakeholder alignment.
