Builds REST and SOAP APIs, integration services, batch processes, messaging workflows, and event-driven interfaces using C# and .NET. Implements data transformations, validation, error handling, monitoring, reconciliation, and logging. Supports testing, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, performance optimization, and deployment while collaborating with architects, ETRM teams, infrastructure groups, business analysts, and vendors.

Supports an IT project portfolio by maintaining project data, tracking milestones, risks, issues, and action items, and coordinating updates with project managers. Prepares and validates PMO dashboards, scorecards, portfolio reports, and executive presentations. Assists with demand management, governance processes, reporting improvements, procedure documentation, and project portfolio tool administration.

Lead infrastructure project coordination for an enterprise SAP cloud transformation program. Manage cloud connectivity, networking, cybersecurity, identity management, integrations, environment provisioning, disaster recovery, operational readiness, risks, dependencies, milestones, governance, and stakeholder communication. Coordinate SAP, cloud providers, managed service partners, technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders while ensuring alignment with architecture, security, and infrastructure standards.
