Serves as the primary contact for insureds and lienholders, handling high-volume calls and policy-related inquiries. Researches policy information, interprets underwriting guidelines, processes policy changes, addresses billing and rating discrepancies, and exercises underwriting authority. Escalates risks beyond authority limits and provides professional customer service in a fast-paced call center environment.

Leads investment portfolio financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis. Partners with Finance, Treasury, Actuarial, and Investment teams to support strategic objectives, risk management, capital deployment, regulatory alignment, CECL and valuation governance, financial metrics, and SOX controls. Manages teams and provides senior leadership with insights into trends, risks, opportunities, and financial outlook.

Aggressively pursue referrals from Claims, provide timely status reports, use case management software, respond to correspondence and calls promptly, travel as needed, complete in-office training then transition to a hybrid schedule with weekly Dallas reporting.

Manages relationships with assigned insurance agencies through outbound sales calls, proactive communications, onboarding, training, and follow-up. Drives quote adoption, written premium, agency production, and sales quota attainment while resolving issues and collaborating with field sales and product teams. Interprets company reports to develop action plans, participates in industry events, and conducts occasional agency visits and field travel.

Handles assigned insurance-related legal cases, develops case strategies, prepares pleadings and legal memoranda, maintains organized case files, submits status reports to claims handlers, responds to correspondence, and uses case management software for documentation, calendaring, billing, and case notes. The role requires at least three years of trial attorney experience, state bar membership, and travel as needed.

Independently validate and assure enterprise data quality across source systems, ETL/ELT pipelines, data warehouses and reporting. Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, test strategy, automated validation, regression and non-functional testing, data governance metrics, regulatory validation, and stakeholder collaboration to drive continuous improvement in data quality and controls.

Manage and develop a territory of agents (average seven): recruit, train, supervise, and monitor sales and collection activities; conduct field and phone business inspections; provide agency support when needed; and report to the District Manager.
