Leads Mastercard Foundry’s global visual storytelling and experience design strategy across executive briefings, customer showcases, Experience Centers, demonstrations, immersive installations, events, and presentations. Directs creative vision, designers, agencies, and production partners while translating complex innovation, AI, payments, and commerce concepts into compelling visual and interactive experiences. Advises leadership, manages cross-functional initiatives, and ensures high-quality customer-facing creative execution.

Build and scale Mastercard’s team-based account management model for Community Institution customers. Develop customer engagement and growth strategies, advise executive stakeholders, lead cross-functional initiatives, manage renewals and expansion opportunities, negotiate contracts, and deliver scalable programs such as webinars, education forums, and portfolio communications. Lead North American commercial growth, engagement, and operational strategy for the Mastercard Economics Institute. Coordinate consulting engagements, product initiatives, research, stakeholders, and staffing. Own regional go-to-market strategy, pipeline management, client engagement, delivery excellence, talent development, and new service development. Collaborate with global and regional leaders to identify customer needs, develop offerings, support marketing campaigns, and improve operational outcomes across a matrixed organization.

Designs and supports large-scale cloud-native data platforms on AWS and Databricks. Builds batch, streaming, and real-time pipelines; engineers distributed processing with Spark; develops Lakehouse architectures using Delta Lake and Iceberg; modernizes Hadoop workloads; and implements automation, governance, security, observability, performance optimization, and cost management. Partners with architects, product managers, data scientists, and engineers to enable analytics, machine learning, and AI at petabyte scale.

Leads North America growth, engagement, and operational infrastructure for the Mastercard Economics Institute. Owns commercial growth and go-to-market strategy, coordinates consulting and product engagements, manages pipeline and staffing, supports client development, improves delivery excellence, and collaborates with regional and global stakeholders to develop new economics-related services and value propositions.

Collects, validates, analyzes, and reports quarterly Mastercard operational metrics. Investigates customer data for revenue leakage, delivers performance analytics, resolves reporting inquiries, supports customer training, documents issues, contributes to finance updates, and helps develop and test process and system improvements.

Provide end-to-end legal counsel for Global Commercial and SME Solutions: draft and negotiate complex commercial, SaaS, software and data licensing agreements; advise on product development, regulatory/compliance, privacy and antitrust; manage legal risk for payments automation and partnerships; support business development, train stakeholders, and drive process improvements to streamline product commercialization.

Provide privacy and data protection counsel for blockchain, digital assets, crypto payments, stablecoins, fraud, and emerging payment products. Advise business, product, compliance, security, and legal teams; support BVNK integration; develop privacy controls and governance; negotiate privacy terms in contracts; monitor global regulatory developments; and deliver privacy and cybersecurity training.
