Lead and execute the AI infrastructure roadmap for on-prem/private cloud, architecting compute, storage, networking, and accelerators to support large-scale training and low-latency inference. Serve as product owner for AI infrastructure, run RFIs/RFPs, define platform standards (cooling, power dense racks, high-speed networking), partner with data science/MLOps/security/governance, influence executive stakeholders, and evaluate emerging AI infrastructure technologies and vendors.

Lead architecture and delivery of production-grade generative AI systems: multi-agent orchestration, multimodal transformers, RAG/Graph-RAG, LLM fine-tuning and LLMOps, inference microservices, responsible AI, and continuous model improvement to drive enterprise-scale outcomes.

Lead design, procurement, and scaling of Mastercard's on‑premise AI infrastructure. Define standards for compute, storage, networking, cooling and data center design; run RFI/RFPs; partner with data science, MLOps, platform, security, and governance teams to support large‑scale training and low‑latency inference for generative and predictive AI workloads.

Develop and advance Mastercard’s global AI policy positions, narratives, and advocacy strategies. Advise internal executives, business units, government affairs teams, regulators, and standards bodies on AI legislation, regulation, standards, governance, and deployment risks. Translate technical AI concepts and business objectives into policy frameworks, briefs, consultations, and executive materials. Monitor global developments, support thought leadership, engage standards organizations, and coordinate cross-functional responses across legal, regulatory, privacy, cybersecurity, and Services teams.

Manage MDES Authorization services during transaction processing by collaborating with product partners, leading product feature development, and ensuring stakeholders are informed about changes. Requires strong leadership, project management skills, and knowledge of payment services.

Serve as a strategic partner and operational quarterback to the VP Chief of Staff, translating priorities into executable plans, driving cross-functional alignment, owning governance and operating rhythms, producing executive-ready materials, managing communications and decision frameworks, and ensuring disciplined delivery across major modernization and transformation initiatives.
