Serve as primary client contact for media campaigns, translate business objectives into outcome-focused strategies, lead cross-functional teams for campaign delivery, present performance reports, identify expansion opportunities, manage project workflows, ensure quality and operational excellence across paid social, retail media, influencer, and analytics channels.

Manage and grow a portfolio of large accounts, drive C-suite pipeline growth, lead contract negotiations and renewals, collaborate cross-functionally, and maintain accurate Salesforce records to expand revenue and client relationships.

Performs general administrative duties such as scheduling, answering phones, managing correspondence and records, supporting team coordination, and maintaining smooth office operations.

Design and execute manual and automated test cases, perform regression/integration/performance testing, log and track defects, collaborate with development and product teams, participate in agile ceremonies, and improve QA processes and tooling.

Handles coupon settlement operations, retailer and client inquiries, submitter verification, payment dispositions, returned-mail research, chargeback reconciliation, account records, and data-quality checks. The role answers live calls, responds to emails, troubleshoots client issues, supports research projects, trains clients, and collaborates with manufacturers, retailers, processing plants, vendors, Sales, and Client Services.

Oversee daily office operations, facilities coordination, vendor and inventory management, basic technical troubleshooting and systems support, and ensure a safe, organized workplace. Manage vendor relationships, process office invoices, support IT escalations, and maintain office supplies, access, and visitor logistics.

Audit pharmacy contract and MAC exceptions, submit and track appeals with carriers, produce standard and ad-hoc BI reports and dashboards, support UAT and product enhancements, upload and tag claims in audit tools, and prepare data for monthly and quarterly business reviews while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Provide accounts receivable reconciliation and unapplied cash resolution for assigned clients: research and document unapplied checks, request remittance, key remittance and deposits, and enter payments into the system while following HIPAA policies.

Lead the development and enhancement of applications on IBM Informix. Responsibilities include mentoring, technical problem-solving, and system optimization within an agile team.
