The Director of Engineering oversees delivery and operational excellence of Legal technology platforms, managing engineers, partnerships, and ensuring compliance in software development.

Engage clients in an Investor Center by providing personalized financial planning, investment guidance, and relationship management. Build credibility, identify client needs, recommend investment solutions, expand client assets, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Collaborate with architects, product managers, blockchain engineers, and global business teams throughout the software development and testing lifecycle. Contribute technical leadership, innovation, knowledge sharing, and finance-related asset management solutions.

Serve as the branch-facing Financial Representative, delivering excellent client service, managing front-lobby transactions and compliance, identifying leads and opportunities, making introductions, and supporting branch success. Participate in training and obtain FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses, adopt and share new branch technologies, and maintain strong attention to detail, organization, and client relationship skills.

Manages compliance testing and risk assessment activities for Fidelity Digital Assets. Responsibilities include mapping regulatory risks to controls, developing testing programs, executing control and compliance tests, identifying vulnerabilities, creating corrective action plans, and reporting findings to leadership. The role requires collaboration across business functions, knowledge of financial services and digital asset regulations, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage compliance projects and priorities.

Serve as Fidelity’s client-facing branch representative, supporting front-lobby transactions, addressing client needs, strengthening relationships, and identifying opportunities for additional services. Provide daily client support, make effective introductions, promote branch success, champion technology adoption, and complete training for required securities licenses.

Leads a data-driven marketing team responsible for analytics, performance measurement, executive reporting, audience targeting, experimentation, lead nurturing, and optimization. Partners with marketing, sales, technology, architecture, and data teams to improve engagement, lead generation, customer experience, and business growth. Oversees marketing dashboards, predictive modeling, digital nurture journeys, data governance, and marketing technology while developing a high-performing team.

Leads Fidelity’s AI strategy and client engagement by advising senior stakeholders, translating AI capabilities into business value, gathering market feedback, shaping product positioning and adoption, and coordinating with product, engineering, legal, compliance, risk, and security teams. Develops business cases, executive presentations, client content, and strategic recommendations while addressing AI governance, privacy, security, compliance, and responsible AI considerations.

Reviews outbound communications and marketing materials for compliance with securities, retirement-plan, regulatory, and company requirements. Identifies noncompliant content, advises compliance and content stakeholders, and helps ensure accurate communications reach customers. The role works with marketing, communications, project management, and compliance teams while managing changing priorities and escalating potential risks.
