Handle insurance defense litigation (bodily injury, property damage) from intake through trial: case assessment, discovery, depositions, motions, hearings, and post-trial work. Maintains policy and regulatory knowledge, completes estimates, participates in catastrophe events, and conducts field audits, ride-alongs, and training while traveling as needed.
