Provide senior commercial legal counsel for Allstate's non-insurance businesses: draft, structure, and negotiate complex technology, data, and service agreements; advise on privacy, AI, and related legal risks; develop templates and playbooks; collaborate with sales, compliance, and cross-functional teams; lead process improvements and mentor team members. Remote role with supervisory duties and periodic travel.

Support Marketing expense planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis. As an Insurance Sales Associate, you will welcome customers, build relationships, and recommend insurance solutions, driving sales in a local market.

Manage and strengthen the RIA compliance program: design and maintain policies, ensure exam readiness, monitor portfolios and controls, perform risk assessments and testing, prepare governance reporting, handle regulatory reporting and ad-hoc projects, supervise and guide junior compliance staff, and partner with senior leaders and the Investments CCO.

Handle insurance defense litigation from intake through resolution, including discovery, depositions, motions, mediations, and occasional trials. Provide counsel to business clients, draft legal documents, conduct research, interview witnesses, attend proceedings, and participate in training and mentorship to develop litigation skills.

Defend insureds and the Company in bodily injury, property damage, subrogation, and financial cases. Manage trials, hearings, mediations, depositions, motions, provide business counsel, coordinate legal teams, monitor law changes, and manage substantial caseloads.

Provide administrative support for insurance defense and bodily injury litigation: manage case files and calendars, prepare and e-file pleadings, coordinate with courts, medical providers, and stakeholders, process high-volume correspondence, monitor deadlines, and anticipate attorney needs to ensure compliant, efficient case management.

Provide in-house legal advice to Claims on high-exposure insurance matters, bad faith and extra-contractual litigation; oversee complex first- and third-party claims, manage outside counsel, recommend settlements, and develop claim-handling strategies to mitigate risk.

Provide litigation support for insurance defense matters: manage files end-to-end, draft pleadings and discovery, coordinate depositions and experts, handle e-filing, organize records and exhibits, and support trial preparation while collaborating with attorneys and stakeholders.

Handle insurance defense litigation (bodily injury, property damage) from intake through trial: case assessment, discovery, depositions, motions, hearings, and post-trial work. Draft pleadings and legal documents, conduct legal research, gather evidence, advise claims clients, represent in routine matters, attend mediations/arbitrations/trials, and monitor legal/regulatory changes. Participate in training and mentorship to develop litigation skills.
