As a Digital Product Manager, you will define and manage product strategies, collaborate with teams for product development, and utilize market research to meet customer needs while aligning with company goals.

Responsibilities include building Java and Spring Boot REST APIs, designing microservices, collaborating on system architecture, practicing paired programming and test-driven development, establishing CI/CD pipelines, improving performance, securing APIs, supporting production applications, and contributing to Agile planning, retrospectives, and knowledge sharing.

Leads complex property and casualty insurance reserving projects, evaluating reserve adequacy, volatility, emerging loss trends, and actuarial methodologies. Performs advanced reserve analyses using actuarial, statistical, and predictive modeling techniques; validates claims, exposure, and financial data; communicates results to leadership and business partners; develops reserve narratives; mentors less experienced staff; and supports business decisions through technical and thought leadership.

Leads complex auto and property subrogation litigation from investigation through resolution. Manages discovery, depositions, motions, negotiations, arbitrations, mediations, hearings, and trials; evaluates liability and damages; develops recovery strategies; advises claims and business stakeholders; and manages a substantial caseload while monitoring relevant law and case developments.

Defends insured individuals and Allstate in bodily injury and property damage litigation. Conducts hearings, trials, arbitrations, mediations, depositions, and motion practice. Advises business clients, monitors legal developments, coordinates legal teams, manages caseloads and projects, and provides guidance on regulatory and case-law impacts. Requires New York Bar membership, litigation experience, strong legal research and advocacy skills, and travel throughout specified New York counties.

Develop and govern enterprise Infrastructure as Code strategy, standards, and adoption. Build reusable Terraform/OpenTofu, Ansible, Puppet, and Python automation, CI/CD pipelines, APIs, modules, and self-service infrastructure capabilities. Partner with platform, security, networking, and application teams to automate infrastructure delivery across cloud and hosted environments. Establish testing, security, compliance, documentation, training, and engineering best practices while exploring AI-assisted infrastructure automation.

Represents insured individuals and Allstate in bodily injury and property damage litigation. Conducts trials, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, depositions, and examinations under oath; prepares pleadings, discovery, witnesses, motions, and trial materials. Advises clients and business partners, develops litigation strategy, monitors case status, and drafts post-trial motions while coordinating with legal colleagues.
