Provide HR operations and administrative support by processing pre- and post-hire transactions in the HRIS, responding to employee inquiries via a ticketing system, delivering training and scripted new-hire presentations, maintaining SOPs, and partnering across teams to resolve escalations and provide ad hoc administrative support.
