Serve as cybersecurity SME for a Joint Interagency Task Force: design, integrate, test, and evaluate cybersecurity for C-sUAS and embedded systems; perform RMF accreditation (eMASS), risk/vulnerability assessments, certification activities, mentoring, and cybersecurity strategy and test plan development.

Responsibilities include SQL and PL/SQL development, ETL and data integration, AWS database migration and replication, performance tuning, monitoring, security, backup and recovery, CI/CD, testing, incident resolution, documentation, and Agile collaboration. The role also supports AI-assisted engineering, data governance, compliance, and modernization initiatives.

Develop and implement AI/ML algorithms across computer vision, NLP, time series, graph data, reinforcement learning, and large language models. As an Operational Systems Engineer, you will develop and modernize IT systems to support cyber operations, collaborating across functional teams and promoting efficiencies.

Lead international defense cooperation planning and coordination supporting partner-nation engagements. Manage international agreements and documentation, plan information-sharing events and conferences, coordinate with U.S. government, military, and international stakeholders, track outcomes and action items, and prepare executive-level briefings and meeting materials to advance cooperation objectives.

Coordinate customer test requirements and lead wind‑tunnel model design, fabrication, instrumentation, installation, and test execution. Maintain LabVIEW-based DAQ, motion-control, and pressure systems. Track project budgets and schedules, improve lab processes and safety, and prepare technical presentations for customers.

Provide program office administrative and operational support to the Product Manager and Deputy Product Manager: manage calendars and events, prepare travel authorizations/vouchers (DTS), draft official correspondence and briefings per Army Reg 25-50, track NIPR/SIPR taskers in ETMS2, and coordinate organizational rosters and stakeholder communications.
