Supports program managers and leadership by monitoring cost, schedule, performance, resources, risks, contracts, and portfolio health. Supports the implementation and evolution of an Azure-based enterprise data platform. Translates business objectives into technical requirements, user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, process flows, and technical specifications. Collaborates with engineering, DevOps, data, analytics, QA, product, and business teams; manages Agile backlogs; facilitates workshops and sprint activities; tracks dependencies and risks; supports testing and UAT; and validates delivered solutions against business objectives.

Develops and maintains web applications for a government customer within an Agile team. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, software design and coding, business logic implementation, API integrations, unit and formal testing, configuration change control, production troubleshooting, cost estimation, impact analysis, and user training support. The role uses front-end and back-end technologies, AWS cloud services, and collaboration with analysts, UI/UX developers, testers, project leads, and customers.
