Leads the design, development, testing, integration, and maintenance of mission-critical software for DoD intelligence, electronic warfare, and cyber systems. Responsibilities include architecting distributed and microservices applications, developing DSP capabilities, managing CI/CD and containerized deployments, integrating enterprise and cloud services, ensuring secure software quality, documenting designs, troubleshooting complex issues, and mentoring engineering teams.

Designs graphics, presentations, infographics, promotional materials, digital content, and multimedia assets supporting strategic communications, Information Operations, and public outreach. Translates complex operational information into compelling visual products across digital, print, and social channels. Collaborates with planners, analysts, communicators, and stakeholders while maintaining branding, accessibility, quality, and approval standards.

Analyze, document, map, and optimize OCIO technology and service-management processes. Secures applications throughout the software development lifecycle by performing SAST with Fortify, code analysis with SonarQube, DAST, penetration testing, secure code reviews, vulnerability remediation tracking, and DoD control validation. The role documents assessment findings, supports secure SDLC process design, and collaborates with developers, architects, and cybersecurity specialists. Requires an active Secret or TS clearance, application security experience, penetration testing knowledge, and CEH certification. Quarterly travel to Scott Air Force Base is required.

Develops radar threat simulations for Aircraft Survivability Equipment software testing and validation. Analyzes and interprets radar signal parameters, models radar systems using the proprietary Simulation Modeling Framework, and determines how radar design characteristics affect emitted signals. The role requires coding and object-oriented programming fundamentals, technical communication, STEM education or equivalent experience, and U.S. citizenship. Experience with GitLab, CI/CD, Excel functions, RF theory, and an active Secret clearance is preferred.

Manage enterprise identity lifecycle operations for a DoD customer, including Okta administration, CyberArk privileged access management, MFA, secure remote access, compliance audits, reporting, access-control documentation, and Zero Trust adoption. Support identity architecture planning while maintaining security governance and operational procedures in a national-security environment.

Monitors and analyzes security alerts, conducts vulnerability scans, manages endpoint security policies, and monitors firewall and secure-access activity. The role detects, documents, and escalates incidents; develops continuous-monitoring reports and security dashboards; and tracks security KPIs for program leadership. It supports critical DoD systems using Elastic Security, Tenable, Trellix or Microsoft Defender, Palo Alto, and Zscaler technologies.

Conduct vulnerability research and exploit development targeting mobile and network devices. Analyze complex systems, reverse engineer binaries and firmware, develop automated detection and exploitation tools, and apply AI-assisted workflows. Collaborate with interagency and JCOG personnel, integrate solutions without disrupting missions, document findings, and provide technical guidance. The role requires advanced exploit development, low-level programming, reverse engineering, and an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Analyze business processes and workflows to identify AI opportunities, document and prioritize use cases, translate business needs into technology requirements, develop business cases, and support AI strategy and governance. Facilitate workshops, stakeholder engagement, change management, readiness assessments, adoption planning, communications, training, and transformation playbook development across OCIO divisions and field stakeholders.

Implements and documents STIG configurations, conducts Security Impact Analyses, validates system configurations with SCAP, manages vulnerability remediation in Tenable, assesses cloud security posture, supports CyberArk PAM, maintains secure baselines, writes technical control guides, and partners with cybersecurity architecture teams across on-premises and DoD cloud environments.
