Install, configure, secure, and maintain litigation support applications across cloud, server, and workstation environments. Support migrations (Relativity Server to RelOne), troubleshoot complex issues, design solutions, evaluate system efficiency, and provide technical guidance to contractor and government stakeholders.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures to aggregate, clean, transform, and visualize large operational and intelligence datasets. Provide Tier 1 help desk support for a large government enterprise: perform first-contact resolution of calls/tickets, document incidents, triage and troubleshoot software/OS issues (Windows, Linux), and communicate with customers until resolution. Work on-site at Fort Meade during core hours and follow incident management and customer service procedures.

Support a Marine Corps Oracle R12 ERP system and assist the Program Manager with planning and executing program activities. Oversee onboarding/offboarding, asset procurement and GFE tracking, subcontract financials, system access accounts, and CAC/SAAR processes. Build Power Automate flows, Power BI dashboards, and SharePoint pages. Provide customer service, coach team members, and identify process improvements to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

Oversee design, installation, commissioning, and testing of shipboard network-based CCTV and supporting IT hardware. Evaluate shipboard environments, install equipment and cabling, troubleshoot hardware/software, coordinate logistics and testing, and ensure compliance with ABS/USCG regulations and project timelines. May provide design input and mentor junior engineers.
