Lead architecture and implementation of modern integrations between Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud EPM. Own end-to-end data flows, EDM metadata governance, Data Management transactional loads, job monitoring, error handling, and collaborate with agency technical leads, DBAs, and Oracle Support. Produce program documentation and briefings for PMO.

Lead and support navigation Integrated Product Teams for platform integration of naval navigation elements. Track GFE delivery schedules, develop Functional Interface Diagrams for the Navigation Enclave, plan Land-Based Test Events, and review ECRs, TDPs, SIDs, ICDs, and cable diagrams. Coordinate with NAVSEA, PARMs/SHAPMs, and ship planning yards; manage shipboard data network integration and schedule monitoring for equipment and support materials.
