As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will guide technical direction and design solutions for IT initiatives in a mission-driven environment, ensuring compliance with standards and optimal performance.

Design and implement web-based interfaces and services, maintain legacy .NET applications, support CI/CD and secure authentication (SAML/OIDC), collaborate with leads and users, and operate in high-side cleared environments while planning work within agile sprints.

Manage lifecycle, security, and performance of physical, virtual, and cloud endpoints. Deploy and maintain VDI, Citrix, MECM/Intune, encryption, patching, and application packaging. Provide Tier 2 support, automate patch management, test solutions in lab environments, produce SOPs and compliance reporting, and participate in continual service improvement.

Support DOJ National Fraud Enforcement Division with litigation and trial preparation: document review, indexing, eDiscovery processing (Relativity, Concordance/Summation), transcript summaries, witness/exhibit prep, database tracking, and communication with federal partners.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures to aggregate, clean, transform, and visualize large operational and intelligence datasets. Leverage Palantir, MSS, Python, Power BI, and AI/ML tools to produce dashboards, analytical products, predictive models, and briefings that support C-UAS operations, capability assessments, and acquisition decisions while ensuring data integrity, security, and governance.

Provide litigation support for DOJ prosecutors including drafting subpoenas and discovery documents, managing and indexing exhibits, conducting legal and financial research, supporting witness interviews, deposition preparation, eDiscovery/document review, and in-court trial assistance. Maintain case status, liaise with federal agencies, and perform related administrative duties while using litigation support databases and research tools.

Provide Tier I/II systems administration and help-desk support for government databases, software, and systems. Troubleshoot software issues, perform first-contact resolution for tickets, manage web servers (Tomcat, IIS) and Oracle/database tasks, and support users onsite at Fort Meade during core hours.

Perform configuration and data management for C4 systems including equipment custody, inventory control, physical configuration audits, baseline management, change control, and data integrity. Support system engineering tasks, CADD activities, and stakeholder communication while maintaining logistics databases and ensuring compliance with security standards.

Provide advanced systems administration and network/infrastructure support in a DoD/IC environment, ensuring high availability, security, STIG/IAVA compliance, virtualization management, automation with Python/Ansible, firewall and VPN administration, vulnerability scanning/remediation, and operational readiness for classified enterprise systems.

Oversee design, installation, commissioning, and testing of shipboard network-based CCTV and supporting IT hardware. Evaluate shipboard environments, install equipment and cabling, troubleshoot hardware/software, coordinate logistics and testing, and ensure compliance with ABS/USCG regulations and project timelines. May provide design input and mentor junior engineers.
