Lead workforce planning and financial decision support for an engineering organization. Responsibilities include headcount forecasting, workforce modeling, budget and forecast alignment, scenario analysis, compensation and vacancy impact analysis, management reporting, and strategic recommendations. The role partners with Finance and People teams, identifies workforce risks and capacity opportunities, improves planning governance, and supports senior leadership decisions on hiring, resourcing, location strategy, and investment allocation.

Develops and maintains full-stack applications, including back-end APIs and messaging interfaces. Responsibilities include technical design, Java and Spring development, testing, documentation, code reviews, secure software practices, deployment, maintenance, and production support. Collaborates with data engineers, business users, project managers, and other engineers while contributing to CI/CD, observability, continuous improvement, and Agile or Waterfall SDLC processes. The role also involves applying AI-assisted coding tools and integrating AI features responsibly.

Perform routine and non-routine client service and transaction processing for a structured debt platform, coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, process account-related transactions per client direction, and research/adapt responses for complex client situations.

Supports client operations by resolving inquiries, processing collateral, analyzing client information, providing account coverage, maintaining client profiles, producing MIS reports, and contributing to procedure updates and AI or digital-tool automation projects.

Provide legal, regulatory, and risk-management advice to wealth business areas administering trusts and fiduciary services for high-net-worth clients and families. Develop practical, commercially sensible solutions, mitigate legal and business risks, and identify and address issues proactively. The role requires a Juris Doctor or equivalent, admission to at least one state bar, and at least five years of trusts and estates experience, including sophisticated fiduciary administration. Fiduciary litigation and in-house legal experience are preferred.
