Lead enterprise client relationships for Tech and FinTech, develop and execute functional and commercial strategies, drive consultative solutions with cross-functional teams, serve as primary client interface and escalation point, and mentor talent to deliver superior client outcomes.

Lead the strategic expansion and operational maturity of BNY's Entra ID/Azure AD identity platform. Design and implement secure, scalable identity services for Microsoft 365 and enterprise apps; drive authentication, access control, federation, lifecycle management, automation, and risk-reduction initiatives.
