The Portfolio Analyst II supports Credit & Portfolio Management by monitoring loans, conducting financial analysis, and managing client relations.

Manage a portfolio of commercial real estate loans, perform quarterly loan reviews, monitor covenants and borrower compliance, underwrite servicing requests (modifications, payoffs, releases), coordinate with internal teams, identify and escalate deteriorating credits, prepare portfolio reporting, and mentor junior analysts to ensure asset quality and regulatory compliance.

Lead and architect enterprise digital banking applications, manage a portfolio of teams, design secure performant solutions, improve development practices, integrate services/APIs, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver the product roadmap.

Lead enterprise lead intelligence and signal strategy to define signals, scoring, and readiness for lead creation and prioritization. Partner with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Data teams, manage third-party data providers, and ensure lead quality and sales readiness.

Assist in developing low-code automation solutions, participate in SDLC phases, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with business requirements.

Build and manage relationships with mortgage brokers and bankers in the wholesale and correspondent lending market. Prospect and approve new business partners, provide product and portal training, structure loan scenarios, manage pipelines, cultivate B2B relationships, support sales and marketing initiatives, monitor market developments, and maintain CRM data. The role focuses on Jumbo, Super-Jumbo, Non-QM, and niche mortgage products and is 100% commission-based.

Design, build, and maintain customer-facing web features; implement data integrations between digital properties and marketing/analytics platforms; own tag management, data layer architecture, and data collection workflows; collaborate with product, marketing, and analytics; lead code reviews and drive engineering best practices; write well-tested, performant code and mentor teammates.

Originate residential mortgages nationwide by analyzing applicants' finances, credit, and property valuations; recommend suitable mortgage products; consult customers to meet financial goals; manage leads to meet conversion targets; and build relationships with real estate agent partners.

Supports Accounting and Finance technology initiatives involving Jack Henry platforms, LoanIQ integrations, reporting, reconciliations, testing, production support, and process improvement. Gathers requirements, manages backlogs and change requests, coordinates Agile delivery and UAT, develops documentation and training materials, maintains governance artifacts, and facilitates stakeholder collaboration across Finance, Accounting, Operations, Technology, and vendors. The role also supports audit readiness, system implementations, reporting, access requests, and Finance modernization using AI-enabled tools.
