Coordinates with supply chain, warehousing, compliance, planning, procurement, and finance teams while identifying trends, risks, root causes, and improvement opportunities.

Supports global cybersecurity compliance, audits, risk management, policy exceptions, third-party assessments, and remediation efforts. The role participates in SOC 1, SOC 2, MUSL, ISO 27001, IT General Controls, GLI, and PCI audits; collects evidence, improves compliance processes, tracks risks, develops security policies, and supports cybersecurity strategy and metrics. Leads product solution definition for iLottery clients by gathering requirements, translating business and technical needs into build specifications, and collaborating with product and development teams throughout the software lifecycle. Researches technologies, industry trends, and competitors to recommend improvements, optimize product performance, and deliver digital solutions. Partners with executives and cross-functional stakeholders while managing projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Manage inbound and outbound customer support across social media platforms, responding to inquiries and complaints while maintaining brand consistency. Track trends, analyze engagement, create reports and dashboards, and recommend strategies to improve response times and KPIs. Develop social engagement programs, collaborate with marketing and operations teams, and ensure compliance with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Participates in agile planning, UAT, requirement reviews, and release-readiness assessments.
