Perform electrical design and construction support: site surveys, field assessments, reports, drawings, specifications, calculations, cost estimating, and NCR/DCN/RFI management. Develop power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, security, and communications designs; perform load, short-circuit, coordination, and arc-flash studies; prepare construction documents; support construction, commissioning, quality control, and stakeholder coordination throughout project lifecycle.

Develop facility electrical models and construction drawings (plans, one-line, control/interconnection diagrams, elevations, details). Design building and outdoor lighting (fixture selection, lighting calculations), perform short-circuit and load studies, prepare schedules/BOMs, and provide construction support for Title 3 activities and DOE projects.

Lead systems engineering activities for space hardware: create and maintain requirements and verification plans, support SRR/PDR/CDR, perform architecture trade studies, manage requirements flowdown and interfaces, identify and mitigate risks, use requirements management tools, support system testing, and coordinate with NASA and contractor teams.

Design, develop, test and implement mechanical systems for thermal vacuum space simulation and facility projects. Produce NASA-compliant engineering drawings, prepare specifications and procurement, lead designers and technicians, support pressure systems and cryogenic utilities, present designs at reviews, and maintain configuration control. Work may require shift coverage and US background vetting.

Temporary SkillBridge internship supporting systems and cybersecurity engineering for NASA human spaceflight. Collaborate with NASA engineers and contractors, assist planning and task coordination, support concept development, architecture definition, system-level trade studies, and risk assessments, provide status updates, maintain customer relationships, and perform other duties to support Gateway deep-space exploration efforts.
