Develop and enhance geolocation product software using Java and Python. Build microservices and SOA solutions, integrate with databases, containers, and messaging infrastructure. Collaborate in agile teams, perform integration/testing, and provide tier 2/3 support for deployed capabilities.

Support sensor accuracy testing for NATO/US surface ships, submarines and helicopters: prepare and operate test equipment, board vessels, collect and analyze data, produce reports, supervise test systems (acoustic, radar, EW), install/configure networks, and support engineering changes and documentation.

Manage and lead the IT department supporting the PMRF program: oversee IT operations, staff, budgeting, compliance with DoD cybersecurity policies (RMF, DoD 8570/8140), asset control, SOPs, CDRL reporting, and coordination with government stakeholders. Ensure staffing, training, and certification, and support accreditation, continuous improvement, and contract activities.
