Manage the full subcontract lifecycle for government and commercial programs, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and administering subcontracts and related agreements. Ensure FAR, DFARS, and 2 CFR 200 compliance; conduct price analysis; support proposals, risk assessments, and document collection; maintain audit-ready records; and coordinate subcontract strategies with program management and finance teams.

Lead and support systems engineering for SLBM Fire Control System development. Evaluate concepts and designs, analyze implementations, facilitate technical meetings and design reviews, coordinate with engineering and management teams, develop technical documentation and design artifacts, liaise with customers, and ensure compliance with engineering standards. The role supports Navy Strategic Systems Programs and requires extensive DoD weapon, combat, C2, or fire control systems experience.
