The Buyer will support the INSCOM G-4 Global Intelligence Logistics and Engineering Support contract by developing sourcing lists, qualifying potential suppliers, reviewing solicitation responses, and negotiating procurements to deliver value to the company.

The Computer Systems Analyst I assists in systems analysis, prepared specifications for programming, addresses user problems, estimates costs, meets deadlines, and works independently under supervision. Additional duties may include supervising technicians and adapting analysis techniques to various situations.
