Provide cyber threat intelligence on nation-state and criminal actors targeting the U.S. energy sector. Produce threat intelligence, support incident response, perform malware analysis, threat hunting, and vulnerability assessments, and brief technical and executive leadership.

Support DOE contract by producing timely, actionable cyber threat intelligence on nation-state actors and cybercriminals targeting U.S. energy sector partners. Monitor and analyze threats, leverage SIEM platforms, apply MITRE ATT&CK, NIST CSF, and RMF, and participate in SOC/incident response activities. Position based in the Washington, D.C. area.

Manage and oversee a large Cyber Intelligence program for the U.S. Department of Energy, leading multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, staffing, budgets, quality, and executive engagements while ensuring cybersecurity operations, cloud modernization, SOC, incident response, and Zero Trust initiatives meet requirements.

Provide cyber intelligence services for the U.S. energy sector: deliver threat intelligence on nation-state and criminal actors; design, implement, and secure enterprise IT and OT environments; manage cloud security, Zero Trust, RMF/NIST 800-53 compliance; support ATO packages and continuous monitoring; perform endpoint security, vulnerability management, and system hardening. Requires active TS/SCI or DOE Q.

Support SOC and Incident Response activities for a DOE contract in the Washington, D.C. area. Provide cyber intelligence, threat hunting, malware analysis, and digital forensics; operate SIEM and EDR tools; apply MITRE ATT&CK, NIST CSF, and kill-chain methodologies; respond to and investigate incidents to protect U.S. energy sector partners.

Lead cyber intelligence efforts to produce timely, actionable threat intelligence on nation-state and criminal actors targeting the U.S. energy sector; lead investigations and analyst teams, prepare executive-level intelligence products, and apply NIST, RMF, MITRE ATT&CK, Zero Trust, cloud, and OT/ICS security practices.

The Pricing Analyst IV leads cost/price proposal development, coordinates with various departments, ensures compliance, mentors junior staff, and implements pricing strategies.

The Pricing Analyst II will prepare cost and price proposals, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing support to junior team members while managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

The Pricing Analyst III prepares cost and price proposals, develops pricing models, ensures compliance with regulations, and mentors junior team members.

Support implementation and maintenance of the WTP/WTCC Quality Assurance Program. Develop and review QA documents, perform audits, identify and resolve quality issues, support corrective actions, track QA metrics, and ensure compliance with DOE/WTP QA requirements. Participate in audit teams and maintain required qualifications.
