Lead design, prototyping, and production deployment of Generative AI/LLM solutions and the COE reference architecture (RAG, agents, model routing, evaluation, guardrails). Evaluate vendors, integrate GenAI into enterprise systems, mentor technical leads, and drive reusable patterns and responsible AI practices across hybrid cloud environments.

Design electrical systems and instrumentation/control drawings, create lighting designs and calculations, produce construction documentation (2-D/3-D), support construction activities including Title 3 work, perform short circuit and load flow analyses, and assist with equipment/bill of materials and cost estimating.

Develop and prototype signal-processing algorithms (spectral estimation, beamforming) in Matlab or Python, translate research into efficient code, optimize performance, analyze numerical stability on mission datasets, adopt software engineering practices (Git, testing, Linux), and author technical reports for controlled DoD distribution. Transition prototypes to compiled languages as needed and collaborate within a multidisciplinary R&D team.
