Support DOE LMS IT projects by contributing to design, installation, modification, and operation of IT systems. Participate in IT project management, governance, and operations meetings; provide local infrastructure, networking, server, endpoint, and end-user support; assist with documentation, root cause analysis, configuration changes, and issue resolution; apply M365, Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, and cybersecurity/monitoring tools.
