Manage and oversee a large Cyber Intelligence program for the U.S. Department of Energy, leading multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, staffing, budgets, quality, and executive engagements while ensuring cybersecurity operations, cloud modernization, SOC, incident response, and Zero Trust initiatives meet requirements.

Desk Officers support intelligence operations, requiring strong writing and briefing skills, team collaboration, and familiarity with classified databases.

Perform systems engineering and integration for SLS liquid engine systems: support hot-fire testing, analyze pre/post-test data and anomalies, develop performance models and test-data utilities, prepare technical reports and presentations, translate requirements to design options, document processes, attend technical reviews, and coordinate engine-vehicle integration and risk management activities.

Lead engineering and testing teams for AWS cloud modernization, make architectural decisions, translate features into epics/stories, manage risks and schedules, facilitate stakeholder communications, produce status reports, and support proposals and technical roadmaps.
