Provides systems engineering support for U.S. Navy Terminal Defense weapon systems, including design, development, integration, testing, qualification, modeling, simulation, requirements, safety, and electromagnetic effects analysis. Supports engineering project management, technical reviews, agile software development, MBSE digital transformation, contractor coordination, schedules, funding, RFIs, briefings, and program milestones. Requires STEM education, DoD weapons-program experience, Secret clearance eligibility, and limited travel.

Provides acquisition contract management support to the Munitions Terminal Defense Systems Program Office. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing acquisition documentation, procurement requests, Statements of Work, contract sections, security documents, and CDRLs; tracking milestones; resolving contract execution issues; preparing briefings; and coordinating acquisition team meetings, agendas, minutes, and action items.

Manages MBSE, DevSecOps, and Agile initiatives; supports engineering projects, technical reviews, schedules, metrics, funding, briefings, RFIs, and cross-functional program execution. The role supports RAM and CIWS programs within PMX-311 and requires extensive DoD weapons-program experience.

Lead design, installation, monitoring, and maintenance of large-scale enterprise networks. Respond to after-hours emergencies, perform expert troubleshooting in a 24/7 high-availability environment, collaborate with senior infrastructure staff, and ensure network performance, security, and redundancy.

Requires extensive Navy or Department of War acquisition support experience, NAVAIR AMS expertise, Secret clearance eligibility, and limited travel.
