The Stress Engineer will perform static and fatigue analysis on aircraft structures, utilizing classical calculations and computer techniques, and documenting findings to support design integrity.

As a Lead Systems Engineer, you will define system architecture for military satellite communications, ensuring stakeholder needs and project management are addressed while guiding the technical direction of projects.

Lead delivery of cabin upgrade offers and modification programs: evaluate customer requirements, perform feasibility and risk assessments, develop detailed proposals (scope, cost, schedule), coordinate cross-functional teams, support negotiations, and ensure regulatory and safety compliance throughout program lifecycle.

Provide MRB and liaison engineering support for aircraft structural non-conformities, repairs, reworks and modifications. Perform design and stress analysis for metallic and composite structures, develop compliant solutions, liaise with Design, Stress, Manufacturing and Quality, approve/pre-approve design or stress justifications, and maintain component familiarity and technical delegation for concessions.

Provide L3 support and manage availability/performance of LAN, WAN, industrial, wireless and security networks. Act as regional technical focal point, interface with NA and Europe teams, support suppliers, develop test plans, architecture, standards, capacity planning, and infrastructure investment recommendations. Participate in design and implementation of end-to-end IT systems and proactive improvements.

Lead cabin retrofit projects from scope definition through delivery: plan and manage program enablers, subcontractors, certification support, engineering drawings, kit definition, and stakeholder communications to ensure on-time, compliant aircraft interior modifications and Service Bulletin embodiment.

Provide on-site airframe structures engineering support on the A320 final assembly and flight line: resolve non-conformities, authorize repairs and temporary definitions, ensure airworthiness, liaise with global Airbus design offices, and implement permanent design improvements to keep production moving and maintain compliance.

Manage and promote culture, inclusion, and employee engagement programs for ~10,000 employees. Serve as liaison for ERGs, administer budgets, deploy C&E initiatives, track KPIs, analyze employee feedback, and coordinate regional/site engagement and communications across HR stakeholders.
