Lead and own warehouse operations for two major Americas facilities, driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, safety, budget control, and people development. Develop regional logistics strategy, partner with global teams, manage CAPEX/OPEX and headcount, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver high service levels for aviation customers while supporting process automation and risk management.
