Design, build, deploy, and maintain AI agents and ML models for HR use cases. Develop and optimize data pipelines and architectures, collaborate with HR stakeholders, monitor and fine-tune models, ensure data governance and security, and support cloud-based AI and data engineering infrastructure.

The SAP/S4 HANA Business Analyst will gather and analyze requirements, design solutions, configure systems, test implementations, and provide training for SAP S/4HANA modules while ensuring process improvements and effective communication across teams.

Provide static stress and damage-tolerance analyses for metallic and composite aircraft structures to justify in-service repair solutions. Collaborate with design and fatigue teams, produce certification documentation, respond to repair queries, and improve repair engineering processes to restore airworthiness.

Serve as the technical lead for pre-sales and capture efforts for the Flexrotor UAS, translating customer requirements into compliant solutions. Support proposals, demos, competitive analysis, and cross-functional alignment with engineering, sales, operations, and program management. Develop technical marketing collateral, train sales teams, and support trade shows and customer demos. Ensure export/regulatory compliance and influence product roadmap based on customer feedback.

Perform financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, and month-end close support for the Kinston manufacturing site. Analyze cost variances, prepare financial reports and KPIs, reconcile GL and balance sheet items, support audits, validate purchase orders, and partner with functional leaders to inform budgeting and operational decisions.

Develops and guides project and configuration management to incorporate new products or changes. Creates and maintains integrated incorporation plans and schedules, negotiates timelines across functions, monitors compliance, resolves plan deviations, reports status, and interprets technical and manufacturing plans to meet contractual, customer, program, and regulatory requirements.

Serve as an HR generalist partner to business leaders, aligning HR strategy with business goals. Provide tactical consultation on employee relations, compliance, compensation, onboarding, workforce planning, talent development, change management, and HRIS support to improve organizational performance and employee experience.

Design and evolve scalable, resilient software solutions; gather requirements; produce and evaluate architecture artifacts; create and prioritize enabler features; guide development teams and align standards and processes.
