Oversees technical standards, manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling, facilities, safety, and independent engineering governance. Directs engineers across process expertise, project execution, standards, and digital technologies; develops technical capabilities and career paths; evaluates innovative manufacturing technologies; and ensures operational excellence, quality, efficiency, and successful new product implementation.
