Lead federal sales efforts across Civilian and Defense agencies, managing the full enterprise software sales cycle from prospecting through close. Navigate complex procurement cycles, build executive relationships, exceed quotas, close large deals, and communicate technical and mission impact to federal stakeholders.

The Senior Business Development Representative conducts daily outbound prospecting through calls, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified opportunities. Responsibilities include researching target accounts, personalizing outreach, managing lead activity in Salesforce, nurturing prospects, collaborating with sales and marketing, optimizing engagement strategies, and meeting sales KPIs. The role requires strong communication, persistence, organizational skills, cold-calling ability, and familiarity with MEDDPICC. This is a full-time, five-day on-site position in Denver, Colorado.

Develop and execute CloudBees’ organic social and public relations strategy for developer and technical audiences. Create platform-specific content, manage launches, engage developer communities, coordinate agencies, draft media materials, monitor trends, oversee awards and speaking submissions, and report on social and earned-media performance. Maintain channel operations, calendars, dashboards, press materials, and employee advocacy programs while partnering with marketing teams to strengthen brand visibility and credibility.

Design, build, and maintain high-throughput, resilient backend microservices and APIs (Golang) for a hybrid cloud platform. Define clean API contracts, evolve data layers (Postgres, Cassandra, Kafka/NATs), ensure observability, drive product-focused engineering, participate in architecture and code reviews, and mentor peers while improving platform reliability, security, and developer experience.
