Own the fiat product strategy for Crypto.com's regulated FCM and US trading platform. Lead customer funding, withdrawals, fund segregation, payment-rail selection, bank partnerships, global banking infrastructure, liquidity, settlement, acceptance optimization, payment orchestration, and institutional fiat solutions. The role requires deep regulated trading, payment infrastructure, banking integration, and people leadership experience while coordinating globally distributed teams and stakeholders across engineering, legal, compliance, finance, and leadership.

Manage daily cash and liquidity for regulated futures entities, including customer segregation, cash movements, banking relationships, regulatory reporting, reconciliations, and treasury dashboards. Support month-end close, journal entries, financial reporting, budgeting, variance analysis, internal controls, and audits. Partner with Product, Trading, Accounting, and Finance teams while improving automation and operational readiness for derivatives and prediction-market products.

Supports the partnerships team by coordinating partner communications, meetings, briefing materials, product updates, market maker performance tracking, and follow-ups. The role manages relationships with operators and market makers, supports partner sales and onboarding, translates technical information for partners, and collaborates with engineering, design, analytics, and marketing teams. It requires strong communication, organization, initiative, and flexibility for occasional responsiveness outside standard business hours.

Build and operate high-throughput data pipelines, analytics engines, analytical databases, and AI platforms for quantitative trading teams. Develop streaming and batch systems, trading metrics, time-series models, monitoring, RAG pipelines, prompt-management tools, and production AI agents. The role requires strong Python and Java engineering, AWS and Kubernetes expertise, advanced SQL, financial data experience, and a focus on reliability, scalability, data integrity, and performance.

Supports the U.S. exchange compliance program across BSA/AML, consumer compliance, audits, policy maintenance, and regulatory remediation. Coordinates cross-functional teams and consultants, manages remediation plans, prepares committee and executive materials, conducts due diligence and compliance assessments, maintains procedures, supports customer communications, and assists with regulators and examinations. The role also identifies process improvements and handles special compliance projects.

Provides legal and regulatory counsel on SEC, FINRA, CFTC, and NFA requirements for securities, derivatives, tokenized securities, prediction markets, and related products. Advises business teams on product launches, contracts, policies, licensing, marketing materials, and cross-border compliance. Represents the company before the SEC, coordinates with external counsel, manages regulatory risks, and supports regulated exchange and broker-dealer operations.

Lead the firm’s AML program by monitoring transactions and customer activity, identifying money laundering and fraud, filing SARs, and maintaining AML, KYC, and compliance policies. Design monitoring scenarios, support model validation, risk assessments, testing, and compliance technology initiatives. Monitor regulatory developments and collaborate with legal, technology, senior management, and regulators including FINRA, SEC, and FinCEN. Support training, regulatory responses, and firmwide compliance initiatives.

Leads North American sanctions controls and financial crime intelligence for a cryptocurrency platform. Oversees AML and sanctions risk assessments, regulatory remediation, blocked-property reporting, token-listing due diligence, on-chain controls, threat intelligence, automation, and compliance technology modernization. Engages law enforcement, regulators, banking partners, and industry information-sharing networks while preparing executive and Board reporting.

Own and validate margin, pricing, liquidation, and derivatives risk models across traditional and digital asset markets. Responsibilities include backtesting, stress testing, portfolio risk monitoring, automated reporting, data pipeline development, liquidation strategy design, market microstructure analysis, and risk parameter reviews. The role requires collaboration on product onboarding and regulatory or audit documentation while supporting internal risk dashboards and analytical tools.

Manage daily FCM risk across multi-asset clearing, including intraday and end-of-day metrics, pricing, margin requirements, client risk assessments, and market, credit, and liquidity monitoring. Handle CFTC, NFA, and SEC regulatory requests. Lead product design and listing, develop margin and cross-margining models, oversee liquidation strategies, and conduct quantitative research and scenario analyses.
