The role involves SAP implementation and consulting, focusing on technical and functional domains. Responsibilities include designing, configuring, and managing SAP solutions and supporting global transformation initiatives.

Embed with clients to design, build, and run production agentic AI systems. Architect retrieval, orchestration, policy routing, tool invocation, evaluation harnesses, and lifecycle observability. Integrate multiple AI providers, leverage cloud-native patterns (Kubernetes, microservices, serverless), implement CI/CD and IaC, run workshops/POCs, measure agent performance, and create reusable patterns and documentation.

In this role, you'll work on system architecture, configuration, migration, implementation, and training while ensuring effective client communication and addressing business rules and calculations.

Serve as a hands-on mainframe subject-matter expert and technical lead for modernization efforts. Design, develop, and modernize mainframe applications; evaluate legacy systems and propose rehosting/refactoring strategies; lead implementation from inception to go-live; mentor junior staff; collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to secure buy-in and deliver solutions.
