Owns sales strategy, pipeline generation, forecasting, quota attainment, executive relationships, AWS co-sell and ACE motions, marketplace opportunities, and complex deal negotiations. Partners across AWS, marketing, solution architecture, delivery, finance, legal, and client success to scale productized cloud offerings and achieve significant bookings, revenue, margin, and pipeline targets.

Lead US and Canadian payroll tax compliance across federal, state, provincial, and local jurisdictions. Oversee tax calculations, withholding, remittances, filings, reconciliations, amendments, notices, audits, tax-code registrations, legislative monitoring, and internal controls. Partner with Payroll, HR, Benefits, Equity, Finance, Controllership, tax authorities, and vendors. Resolve complex employee tax questions, support system updates, improve processes using AI, and ensure accurate reporting and accounting within strict deadlines.
