Leads business process management and digital transformation across multiple North American manufacturing sites. Responsibilities include process governance, continuous improvement, transformation portfolio prioritization, systems issue escalation, SAP/MES/ERP alignment, process standardization, change adoption, executive reporting, and development of the BPM organization. Develops and executes regional channel and OEM sales strategies, sets targets and forecasts, manages business plans and reviews, supports proposals and joint sales calls, and manages pricing and contract risks. Builds relationships with channel partners, end users, and internal stakeholders while identifying new opportunities. The hybrid role covers the West Coast and requires travel of up to 60%.

Manage contract activities for ABB’s Electrification Distribution Solutions business, including proposal reviews, front-end negotiations, change orders, notices, claims support, compliance tracking, risk documentation, and subcontractor performance. Partner with project managers, suppliers, vendors, and customers to ensure contractual requirements, flow-down terms, schedule impacts, and supporting documentation are properly managed. The role requires occasional project-site travel and supports contract risk identification and dispute defense.

Develop and execute channel sales strategy for Analytical products to grow orders, revenue, margin, market share and customer satisfaction. Manage channel partner performance, forecasts, training, certification, and global policies (market segmentation, due diligence, cybersecurity). Collaborate with regional sales leadership and support partner enablement and go-to-market activities.

Leads the overall sales and marketing strategy for ABB’s Motion Drive Products across U.S. industrial markets. Responsibilities include driving profitable growth, market research, competitive intelligence, go-to-market execution, channel development, sales enablement, organizational design, talent planning, compensation frameworks, strategic partnerships, contract negotiations, and budget management.

Executes purchasing, logistics, and strategic sourcing activities to optimize supplier cost, quality, reliability, delivery, and sustainability. Develops local sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, category plans, and supply bases for manufacturing materials. Applies procurement standards and tools, supports supplier development, negotiates contracts, analyzes commodity markets and cost drivers, and collaborates with stakeholders on sourcing and materials-management initiatives.

Creates and releases custom electric motor designs, engineering drawings, BOMs, specifications, and manufacturing documentation. Implements design changes and product configurations for customer orders while ensuring manufacturability, quality, and performance. Collaborates with engineering, sales, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to resolve technical and material issues. Uses SolidWorks, SAP, PLM systems, and engineering processes to manage documentation, identify risks, and support continuous improvement.
