Lead and execute full-lifecycle capture and proposal activities, manage BD team and pipeline, develop customer and partner relationships, and align BD strategies with corporate technical capabilities and priorities to win defense contracts.

Design, develop, and test FPGA HDL and embedded firmware; prototype and validate systems; perform hands-on lab hardware testing and data acquisition; lead small embedded development teams to meet component milestones.

Support a Missile Defense Agency program by designing software architectures, leading multi-site engineering teams, defining CI/CD and automation pipelines, documenting systems via modeling tools, decomposing requirements for V&V, and applying Agile/DevOps principles to deliver fielded products.

Design, build, and test electronic hardware and firmware for radar/high-power/high-speed systems. Create circuit board designs, develop and document system requirements and technical specs, run analyses and test plans, support test execution and production, and solve routine technical problems.

Lead software architecture for a Missile Defense Agency program: maintain architecture artifacts, perform trade studies and performance analysis, oversee design documentation, support cyber/IA integration (RMF/STIG), CI/CD and automated testing, present to customers, and coordinate architecture across stakeholders. Occasional travel required.

Design, integrate, and evaluate electro-optical sensor systems. Perform hands-on laboratory work including optical alignment, imaging system characterization, tolerance analysis, optical modeling, data analysis, and technical documentation. Collaborate with team members during sensor development; work contingent on funding and requires U.S. citizenship and eligibility for Secret clearance.
