Drive change management for finance processes, systems, and entity consolidation to ensure operational readiness at close.

Design and paint characters, environments, and sets from story through delivery. Define visual style and mood, iterate with leadership, and develop hybrid traditional/GenAI workflows. Build templates/scripts, drive look development, and ensure high-quality, on-schedule artwork while collaborating across disciplines.

Create high-quality storyboards from script to final delivery for GenAI-native animated shorts and specials. Collaborate with creative leadership on staging, camera, pacing, and character acting; iterate quickly on feedback; develop and support hybrid traditional/GenAI workflows, templates, and scripts; drive visual experimentation and integration of generative imagery with 2D/3D renders while meeting sprint timelines.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for emerging content formats (games, live, podcasts). Define discovery and engagement experiences, partner cross-functionally, run experiments, build business cases, measure impact, and shepherd concepts from idea through launch and iteration.

Lead two teams (Consent Data & Privacy and User Data Management) as a manager-of-managers, owning execution and multi-year technical vision for user consent, data collection, storage, pipelines, access, retention, and compliance. Partner with Product, Data Engineering, and Legal to enforce consent and data governance at scale, adapt to evolving regulations, and drive architecture and platform solutions.

Lead product strategy and execution for a portfolio of talent systems (first-party and vendor platforms). Partner with engineering, design, and data science to understand talent data flows, build AI-driven HR products, prioritize roadmaps, and drive launches, adoption, and continuous improvement across the employee lifecycle.

Design and build scalable, multi-tenant Ads Finance systems and data pipelines that ensure financial accuracy, compliance, billing, invoicing, revenue recognition, and ledger integration for high-throughput ad serving environments. Lead cross-functional stakeholders and deliver high-impact features.
