Lead FP&A for Eyeline, Interpositive, and Animation INKubator: forecast P&L, headcount and capex planning, scenario and deal analysis, KPI/dashboard development, cross-functional partnership, reporting, tool implementation, and manage a team of three FP&A associates.

Design, build, and scale advertiser-grade reporting systems and APIs for Netflix Ads. Own and optimize the Ads Druid analytics layer for low-latency OLAP workloads, ensure MRC/audit-grade reporting standards, and support internal and external advertiser reporting and integrations.

Build and operate low-latency, highly available distributed data systems and services to deliver high-quality data products that power ML models and product experiences. Partner with data scientists and product teams, design scalable multi-tenant systems, ensure observability and operational reliability, and enable self-service data access.

Support financial integrity of Netflix content by preparing and reviewing monthly accounting entries, reconciliations, CFO metrics, and analyses; manage accounting for content license contracts in proprietary systems; analyze agreements to apply accounting policies; drive process improvements and accounting policy projects; and partner cross-functionally with finance and content teams.

Lead and optimize programmatic performance marketing across CTV, display, video, and audio to drive membership growth. Manage end-to-end campaign execution, stakeholder relationships, ad operations, and test-and-learn agendas. Partner with Brand, Product, Data Science, and Engineering to improve measurement, translate results into executive-facing memos, and scale acquisition with strong ROAS focus.

Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for ad products, partnering with product, sales, research and regional teams. Influence product development using market and customer insights, create marketing assets and product briefs, support launches and tentpole events, and align messaging to drive adoption and revenue.
