Design and run playtests and user research across cloud and mobile games from prototype to beta. Manage recruitment, build distribution, and playtest environments; analyze qualitative and quantitative data; present actionable insights to studio partners; improve playtesting processes and track metrics to demonstrate impact on game quality and business outcomes.

Manage preparation and review of quarterly and annual global tax provision under ASC 740, oversee cash tax and ETR forecasting, support SOX 404 and external audit, improve systems and AI tools, communicate tax results, and lead and develop a high-performing tax provision team.
