Lead global standardization and operationalization of Netflix Live productions. Serve as a subject-matter expert in live media operations, translate production needs into product requirements, coordinate cross-region alignment, develop playbooks and SOPs, manage multiple workstreams, and support product operationalization and change management for Live production teams.

Define and prioritize reporting metrics (viewability, reach, frequency, eCPM), translate advertiser needs into technical requirements, partner with engineering, data science, sales, measurement, and auditors, and own roadmap and delivery to meet accreditation and advertiser expectations.

Design and produce global style guides, asset kits, character art packs, and visual systems for Netflix franchises. Create production-ready layouts and graphics, integrate character art and typography, manage projects end-to-end, partner with external agencies and vendors, provide creative feedback, and maintain global asset libraries while meeting brand standards and production requirements.

Design and implement ad measurement metrics, perform deep-dive analyses, build reporting and automated pipelines, create visualizations, and provide actionable insights to improve advertiser measurement and platform health.

Design and deliver a regional enablement curriculum for UCAN Ads sellers. Partner with GTM and cross-functional teams to run workshops, translate global content, build communications, track success metrics, and support commercial readiness for programmatic and CTV sales.

Lead ML initiatives to improve Sales productivity and automation: define roadmap, design and deploy production ML models and AI agents, build measurement pipelines with analytics engineers, iterate from performance and seller feedback, and act as senior technical partner across product, engineering, and Sales to drive measurable revenue impact.

Lead development and operationalization of advertising policies across verticals. Drive global, scalable policy strategy, manage complex cross-functional projects, advise stakeholders, and ensure member safety and advertiser outcomes.
