Generates and qualifies inbound and outbound leads through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels. Researches target accounts, conducts multi-touch outreach, understands prospect needs, schedules qualified discovery meetings, and transfers opportunities to Sales Executives. Maintains accurate CRM records, supports territory strategies, develops knowledge of PTC and related technology solutions, and meets activity, pipeline, and KPI goals.

Designs and leads implementation of customer-specific PLM solutions, translating business challenges into technical requirements and scalable architectures. Leads cross-functional project teams, advises customers, supports presales and business development, and manages data mapping and migration. Provides technical mentorship, stakeholder training, and continuous process improvement. Requires hands-on experience with PTC Windchill, ThingWorx, and Creo, plus modern programming, cloud, database, and enterprise integration technologies.

Deliver and manage implementations of PTC Windchill PLM solutions: install, configure, upgrade, and rehost systems; translate requirements into designs; provide client communication, technical support, documentation, and process improvement to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.

Drive new business and expand accounts by selling AI-driven services and software to engineering and manufacturing customers. Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close, align solutions to measurable ROI, collaborate with technical and marketing teams, and meet revenue targets while attending industry events and maintaining CRM pipeline accuracy.
