Design, implement, and optimize C/C++ drivers and integrations for sensors (PCIe, DMA, Ethernet, CAN). Maintain builds, CI/CD, and test tooling; improve real-time performance and memory usage in multi-threaded embedded Linux systems. Troubleshoot across hardware, networking, and software; integrate third-party/open-source components; document designs and mentor junior engineers.

Design, build, and maintain HiL test benches and automated test frameworks to validate autonomous driving software. Define and execute system-level test strategies and V&V aligned with safety standards (ISO 26262), integrate hardware and software components, analyze results, debug system issues, and collaborate cross-functionally to support perception, sensor fusion, and vehicle control validation.

Serve as a strategic HR partner to leaders, advising on talent management, performance, org design, employee relations, investigations, succession planning, compensation, change management, and HR analytics to align people strategies with business goals.

Design and execute statistically rigorous analyses to quantify and inform safety and risk for autonomous driving systems. Apply Bayesian and frequentist methods (and ML where appropriate) to large, noisy or rare-event datasets, produce production-ready monitoring workflows, and communicate findings to engineers, safety stakeholders, and executives to support risk-based decision making.

Build and maintain production CI/CD, build tools, and infrastructure for safety-critical AV software. Develop scalable automation, participate in on-call rotations, troubleshoot incidents, write tests, documentation, and collaborate across teams to improve release velocity and reliability.

As a Systems Engineer I on the Test Automation team, you will develop automated validation systems for software releases, focusing on HIL systems. Responsibilities include maintaining test frameworks, debugging issues, and contributing to automation improvements within the software development lifecycle.

Develop and deliver production-ready 3D and camera-based perception ML models (BEV emphasis). Own model training, evaluation, debugging, and integration into autonomy systems. Improve training pipelines, tooling, and robustness; lead small technical initiatives and mentor junior ML engineers while collaborating cross-functionally to deploy perception models at scale.
