The Institutional Sales Associate will manage high-value institutional accounts in the AMER region, driving revenue growth and ensuring a strong client experience through business development and relationship management.

Provide white-glove IT support for employees and executives, manage hardware/software provisioning via Apple Business Manager and MDM, administer core SaaS platforms, maintain networks (Meraki), AV and video conferencing, coordinate device logistics and vendors, support office builds/moves and employee AI tool adoption, and deliver out-of-hours support as needed.

Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients as a trusted advisor, driving revenue growth through engagement, upselling, and collaboration across products while ensuring a high-touch service experience.

Own and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth VIP clients, delivering concierge service, driving upsell/cross-sell across trading, OTC, lending and yield products, managing CRM and pipelines, coordinating with sales/product/ops, and building client engagement via real-time channels (e.g., Telegram).

Own and scale a strategic consumer business area: set strategy and roadmap, drive product-led growth and P&L, launch products/markets, build business cases, partner cross-functionally (Product, Eng, Trading, Risk, Compliance, Marketing, Finance), and lead go-to-market and performance cadence.

Support Consumer business strategy and product execution through data analysis, dashboards, business cases, and cross-functional coordination. Identify growth opportunities, define product requirements, track performance and support launches, partnering with Product, Engineering, Trading, Risk, Compliance, Marketing, and Finance.
